Refund Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

If PropDrill Pro isn't right for you, you can have your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund of any Pro payment within 30 days of that payment, for any reason.

How to ask for a refund

Our reseller, Paddle, handles payments and refunds. You can:

  • go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for a refund there;
  • reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you; or
  • write to us at support@propdrill.com, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What happens to Pro

When a payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled too, so you won't be charged again. Pro ends, and your account carries on with the free plan, with your sessions and history kept.

Cancelling without a refund

Cancelling stops future payments but doesn't refund past ones. Cancel at any time with Manage subscription on the upgrade page, and Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for. If you'd like a refund as well, ask within the 30 days.

After 30 days

We don't usually refund payments older than 30 days. If something went wrong, though, such as being charged twice or PropDrill not working for you, write to us and we'll look at it. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Fair use

So that we can keep this policy generous, we may refuse refunds where it's clearly being abused, such as subscribing and asking for a refund again and again.
