Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PropDrill (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of PropDrill at propdrill.com and any subscription you buy.

By creating an account or using PropDrill, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What PropDrill is

PropDrill is a trading simulator for practice and education. It replays historical market data so you can practise trading under rules like those of prop firm challenges.

  • It doesn't execute real trades, connect to a broker, or hold or move money for you.
  • Its balances, profits, funded accounts and payouts are simulated. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.
  • It isn't a prop firm and isn't affiliated with any prop firm. Passing a challenge here doesn't qualify you for anything elsewhere.

2. No financial advice

Everything on PropDrill, including session summaries, statistics and tips, is general educational information. It isn't financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Simulated results have limits. They don't capture everything about real trading, such as slippage, liquidity and the pressure of real money, and past results don't predict future ones. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. Any decision you make with real money is your own responsibility.

3. Your account

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, to use PropDrill. Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are personal: don't share, sell or transfer yours.

4. Plans and payments

PropDrill has a free plan and a paid plan, Pro.

  • Pro is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT is included in that price or added at checkout.
  • It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, whichever you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription on the upgrade page. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails and isn't fixed, Pro ends and your account goes back to the free plan. Your sessions stay in your account.
  • If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Our reseller, Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment and billing questions, invoices and returns.

When you buy Pro, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase, and your statement shows the payment as made to Paddle.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use PropDrill to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • commit fraud, or send spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the service or its security, for example by probing or testing it for weaknesses, uploading malware, or overloading it;
  • scrape, bulk-download or redistribute the service, its prices or its other content, or access it with bots or other automated tools;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
  • open several accounts to get around the free plan's limits;
  • present simulated results as real trading results, for example to sell courses, signals or account management.

7. Intellectual property

PropDrill, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms; nothing else about it passes to you.

The real historical prices PropDrill replays come from third-party sources. Like the rest of PropDrill's content, they're for use within PropDrill only: don't scrape them, download them in bulk, or copy, share or sell them elsewhere. Each account can download far more than playing needs, but not without limit: an account that goes past the limits is slowed down, and one that scrapes or redistributes the data may be limited further or closed (see section 9).

What you create in PropDrill, such as your sessions, trades and drawings, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the service for you.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep PropDrill running and its data accurate, but we can't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its market data is complete or correct. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering Pro, we'll tell you in advance and refund the time you've paid for but can't use.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if its owner seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, doesn't pay what's due, or puts the service or other people at risk, for example through fraud or a security threat. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

You can stop using PropDrill at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@propdrill.com.

10. Liability

PropDrill is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from trading, investing or any other decision you make, whether or not you practised for it here. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using PropDrill after that, the new terms apply.
